We can help your non-profit organization carry out its stated mission by providing investment consulting services that will be tailored to suit the specific needs of your organization. Our objective is to ensure the long-term success of your organization by making the investment portfolio supportive of your mission. We accomplish this objective by leveraging our experience, professional training and Merrill Lynch’s considerable resources. Led by Michael Graham who is a First Vice President and one of a select few designated Institutional Consultants within Merrill Lynch, our team can help your non-profit organization in the following key areas:

-Accomplish your mission-

Our disciplined process is designed to provide the strategic link between your mission and your investment portfolio. We can help you develop or refine an Investment Policy Statement that will serve as a customized roadmap to guide your investment strategy and help you stay on course. We can help you create an optimal asset allocation model to meet the financial objectives and support any spending policies outlined in the Investment Policy, within stated constraints. Our open architecture combined with our rigorous due diligence methods and research, allows us to ensure that the best managers available are selected to implement your organization’s portfolio. The guiding light in the aforementioned steps is your organization’s overall mission.

-Fulfill Your Fiduciary Responsibility-

Our disciplined process is a logical way to oversee the investment assets of non-profits and is designed with your fiduciary responsibility in mind. We will help you manage your organization’s investments in a manner that is consistent with the interest of those the organization was established to benefit. We will also provide you with documentation that supports your role as a fiduciary.

-Educate Board and Committee Members-

We provide ongoing education for Board and Committee members as well as orientation sessions for new members, so they have a deeper understanding of the investment process. In addition, our goal is to improve their understanding of their fiduciary responsibility and how to meet them.
